Privacy Policy

Effective September 23, 2026

Who we are

myFullArch helps people make informed decisions about full-arch and All-on-4 dental implants and, when they ask, connects them with a vetted implant specialist serving their area. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to myfullarch.com and the services offered on it.

Information you give us

When you request a private consultation, ask to be matched with a specialist, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, ZIP or city, and the treatment details you choose to share (for example, that you are considering full-arch or All-on-4 implants). You decide what to share; some features simply will not work without the basics needed to arrange your consultation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage data automatically: pages visited, links clicked, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and the source that referred you (for example, a search or a partner site). We use cookies and similar technologies for this. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics, including Google Analytics 4, to understand which pages help people and where the site can improve, and we may record limited, aggregated interaction data. These tools set cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the core content will still work. We honor Global Privacy Control and "Do Not Track" signals where technically supported.

How we use your information

To arrange the consultation you request; to connect you with the specialist serving your area when you ask us to; to respond to your questions; to send you information you requested (and, only with your consent, occasional updates); to keep the site secure; and to improve our content. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health-related interests to serve you third-party ads.

Sharing with providers

When you ask to be matched, we share only the details needed to arrange your consultation — typically your name, contact information, location, and the treatment interest you told us about — with the vetted specialist for your area. Specialists are independent practices responsible for their own privacy and record-keeping once they receive your information. We pass your details to a provider only when you ask us to connect you.

Service providers we rely on

We use trusted vendors to run the platform — for example, hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and the analytics tools named above. They may process your information only to provide services to us, under contracts that limit their use of it, and not for their own purposes.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to deliver the service you requested and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations — and then we delete or de-identify it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continually to protect your data and limit who can access it.

Your privacy rights

You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential communications, at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" — note that we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

A note on health information

myFullArch is a matching and education service, not your dental provider, and this website is not a place to send medical records. The clinical care you receive from a specialist is covered by that practice’s own privacy notice and, where applicable, HIPAA. Please do not submit detailed health records to us through the site.

Children’s privacy

myFullArch is intended for adults making treatment decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
